皆さん、おはようございます！最近の出来事をThreadsからまとめました。

ビジネスの動きと新たな挑戦

先日、久しぶりにNoteを確認したら、100円の記事が2つ売れていました。小さなことですが、とても励みになりますね。

スパ・脱毛事業では、いくつか新しい動きがあります。

• 女性のVIO脱毛研修モニターを1000円、男性はセール価格5000円（またはモニター6000円）で募集しています。
• 中野鷺ノ宮エリアで脱毛マッサージサロンの店長（月収28万円、未経験・ブランク・障害のある方も歓迎）を募集しています。エクセル、ワード、コミュニケーション能力が求められ、20～40代の女性が活躍できる環境です。
• 介護脱毛や、女性向けのフェイシャルケア、バストケア、水素水美容オイルなどのメニュー拡充も検討中です。

一方で、運営上の課題も発生しており、SoftBankの規制により公式LINEアカウントや公営競技のオープンチャットが立て続けに削除されてしまいました。これには少々困っています。

テクノロジーとアイデアの探求

最近は、Threadsへの投稿は気軽にできるものの、ブログ執筆にはかなりのエネルギーを要すると感じています。そこで、Threadsの投稿内容をAIでブログ化するシステムを開発できないかと考えています。

また、AndroidのUIアップデートに不便さを感じており、これを機にiPhoneとMacへの移行も視野に入れています。画面をキャプチャして情報に基づいて入力をサジェストする「AIキーボード」や、日本語投稿を自動で英語、中国語、韓国語、フランス語に翻訳・投稿するシステムなど、様々なAIを活用したアイデアが頭を巡っています。

個人の成長と新たな目標

頭を使うのは本当に楽しいですね。久しぶりにチェス、囲碁、将棋の三刀流を再開したいと思っています。特に、36歳ですが「日本人初のプロのチェスプレイヤー、グランドマスター」を目指すのも面白いかもしれません。チェスにはプロの年齢制限がなく、英語も話せるので世界と戦える可能性があります。

やりたいことが多く、人生1000年くらい欲しいと感じる今日この頃です。お客様を待つ時間にウォーキングがてらビラをポスティングする、なんていう時間の有効活用も思いつきました。

Good morning, everyone! Here’s a summary of my recent thoughts and activities from Threads.

Business Movements and New Challenges

I recently checked Note for the first time in a while and found that two of my 100-yen articles had sold! It’s a small success, but very encouraging.

In the spa and hair removal business, there are several new developments:

• We are recruiting female VIO hair removal training monitors for 1000 yen, and male VIO hair removal is available at a sale price of 5000 yen (or 6000 yen for monitors).
• We are looking for a manager for our hair removal and massage salon in the Nakanosaginomiya area (monthly salary of 280,000 yen before tax). No prior experience, career breaks, or disabilities are barriers to entry. Essential skills include Excel, Word, and communication abilities. This role is ideal for women in their 20s to 40s.
• We are also considering expanding our services to include “care hair removal” (for elderly/nursing care), as well as female-focused facial care, bust care, and hydrogen water beauty oil treatments.

On the operational side, we’ve faced some challenges. SoftBank’s strict policies led to the consecutive deletion of our official LINE account and public competitive gambling open chats, which has been quite bothersome.

Exploring Technology and Ideas

While posting on Threads feels effortless, writing a blog demands considerable energy. This observation has led me to consider developing an AI system that could convert Threads posts into blog articles.

Additionally, I’ve found the recent Android UI update inconvenient, prompting me to think about switching to an iPhone and Mac. My mind is buzzing with various AI-powered ideas, such as an “AI keyboard” that captures screen information to suggest input, and a system that automatically translates and posts Japanese Threads content into English, Chinese, Korean, and French.

Personal Growth and New Ambitions

It’s truly enjoyable to engage my mind. I’m keen to resume my “three-sword style” of chess, Go, and Shogi. At 36, perhaps I could even aim to become “Japan’s first professional chess Grandmaster.” Unlike Go and Shogi, chess has no age limit for professionals, and my English skills could help me compete globally.

With so many things I want to do, I sometimes wish for a thousand years of life. I even came up with a time-efficient idea: distributing flyers while walking during client waiting times.

思考问题真的很有趣。我很想重新开始我的“国际象棋、围棋、将棋三刀流”。36岁了，也许我可以尝试成为“日本第一位职业国际象棋特级大师”。国际象棋的职业选手没有年龄限制，而且我会说英语，这让我有机会与世界选手一较高下。

想做的事情太多了，感觉这辈子需要一千年才够用。我甚至想到了一个省时间的办法：在等待客户的时候，一边散步一边派发传单。
